The Bay Education Center will host free Winter Texan programs every Thursday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM throughout the months of January and February. First come, first serve basis for the first 12 people. 

A vibrant wind spinner designed to catch the breeze, creating eye-catching movement and shimmering color that adds life and motion to any outdoor space.
